Festo DZH-25-50-PPV-A flat pneumatic cylinder, part number 151123, is a double-acting compact flat cylinder designed for limited installation space. Its unique oval piston structure provides anti-torsion performance with rotation angle limited to ±2.4°, eliminating additional anti-rotation guide structure. It has adjustable pneumatic cushioning on both ends to absorb impact and reduce vibration during reciprocating movement. The cylinder body is made of high-strength aluminium alloy with NBR seals for stable sealing performance, CRC2 corrosion resistance. It can be fitted with proximity switches to detect piston position. It is widely applied in automation equipment for clamping, pushing, lifting and other linear motion tasks, especially suitable for narrow installation space.
