Festo EV-20/120-5 (Part No.13292) is EV series diaphragm clamping module, also known as membrane clamping cylinder. It is single-acting with spring reset, short stroke 5 mm and 20×120 mm clamping area.

The flat compact design fits narrow installation space. Adopt hermetically sealed diaphragm structure, effectively prevent dust from entering. M5 air port, working pressure 2~6 bar. Free of copper and PTFE, specially suitable for lithium battery manufacturing lines. It generates high clamping force for workpiece holding in automation fixtures.
