Festo MS6-SV-1/2-E-10V24-SO-AD11 (PN:548715) is MS6 series modular safety soft-start and quick exhaust valve, designed to integrate with Festo MS6 air preparation manifold. It is a 3/2-way normally closed piloted piston seat valve with dual-channel self-monitoring for safety requirements up to SIL3, Category4, PL e.
The valve enables slow ramp-up of system air pressure to eliminate sudden impact to cylinders and actuators during machine start-up. When safety signal triggers, it quickly exhausts the downstream air circuit for risk mitigation. This variant includes open silencer (SO) and AD11 pressure sensor module. No manual override, reset via mechanical spring. Widely used for machine safety control in automated production lines, machine tools and handling equipment.
